Now either the UPS store or UPS will do anything about this, both are pointing a finger at each other saying it their problem. Spoke with the Store manager, who works from home on Fridays, and she just keep saying not her stores issues and never even offered an apology for the mix-up. This can not be the first time this has happened and for no "procedure" is in place to handle this. I did nothing wrong yet I am the one completely inconvenienced this situation. I will never use this location again and I will make sure others feel the same.
