    This is my local store and I use their services at least once a month. Staff is expedient, knowledgeable, and professional. Gregory is especially an asset as he is always courteous and friendly to everyone.

    The associate that help me was great, but a mistake was made on my package I was shipping, I paid for my label to be printed at the store, the wrong label was put on my package and shipped. Now either the UPS store or UPS will do anything about this, both are pointing a finger at each other saying it their problem. Spoke with the Store manager, who works from home on Fridays, and she just keep saying not her stores issues and never even offered an apology for the mix-up. This can not be the first time this has happened and for no "procedure" is in place to handle this. I did nothing wrong yet I am the one completely inconvenienced this situation. I will never use this location again and I will make sure others feel the same.

    I went into the store earlier today. I walk in and it’s like an ice box, the guy was standing there on his phone. When I walked up to the counter he still hadn’t looked up from his phone to greet me. So I proceed to ask if I could print out this return receipt, he pointed to the email address on the counter, still texting on his phone. I sent the email and he goes to the computer to check the email I’m assuming, and he’s still texting in his phone. Then another customer comes in and he puts his phone in his pocket, greets her, and begins assisting her. Mind you he has not formally greeted me, he hasn’t set any expectation of why I’m just standing here, then proceeds to help someone else. Another associate comes up, he never says to her “hey I’m waiting on her email can you look while I help her”. She starts helping a second customer that came in after me. So he finally prints out the return receipt, I go back to the counter to get assistance. He says “oh you’re shipping this, ok let me help her (the third customer that has come after me mind you), then I’ll help you. He gives no explanation of why a 3rd customer that came after me would be helped before I would or anything. I took my item and left and won’t be back. Simple professionalism and communication is all it takes!

    Normally, I wouldn't give a one star review for a place that meets nearly every need. But I am infuriated and disgusted at the fact that I counted 2 out of at least 5 employees wearing masks. People helping customers were maskless and then had the audacity to tell postal workers coming in out of the store (wearing masks) to have a blessed day. This is a public health concern and I won't be using UPS services for quite a long time unless something changes.
