I decided to go to this Ups Store since it was close to my job just to drop off two packages. I will NOT be returning there. The staff was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL when speaking to me. I work with the public, anytime you interact with a person you MUST be professional. This office is NOT!

If I could go lower than 1 best believe I would. Very unprofessional, rude, and deceptive of ups policies. Does not stand on what his own employees quote. Today I watched him (guessing owner of franchise) totally belittle an elderly man that came in and asked about a part time opening he had. If i only had bail money. Will not have our business here. Not to mention package lost and 3 months later still shows in Greenville

Every time I come here Kyria is super nice. She always makes the returns process very easy. I prefer this store over the other ones in Greenville.

Had my package stolen from this location within 2 hours of it arriving there. Staff was unhelpful and stated they released our cellphone to someone who showed ID that matched the first name only (Last name and address did not match). I called T-Mobile to see what they could do on their end and they immediately told me that UPS was known to have packages stolen if shipped to their stores for pickup. Had to file a police report for the stolen package and now have to wait for UPS to take their sweet time to review the case while their delivery driver or store employee just got a free cellphone. When the cops asked if they had surveillance footage, they stated the cameras they have installed do not record.
