The return codes never work, and you’re forced to print the label instead — which completely defeats the purpose of a “simple return.” To make things even worse, the UPS store actually charged $4 just to print the label. Yes, four dollars for a single piece of paper. That’s outrageous and borderline insulting. This feels like a cheap cash grab rather than customer service. A return process should be smooth and convenient, not frustrating and expensive. If you have any choice at all, use a different return carrier instead of UPS. This is unacceptable, and honestly hard to believe a company this big thinks this is okay.

I received confirmation emails from UPS confirming the location, date, and time. The materials to be notarized were time sensitive and important (like most documents that require notarization). When my husband and I arrived for the "appointment", the UPS employee told us that they don't have notaries on Saturdays and that the online system doesn't work. She was very dismissive and uncaring about the difficulty this would cause us and suggested that we go to UPS in Traveler's Rest, but did not even have the courtesy to call them or provide us with their number. She basically turned her back on us and walked away. Very, very poor customer service skills. This on top of the main problem, which is allowing customers to make appointments online that don't even exist!
