I went to the location on Pelham Rd for PrintScan fingerprinting service, and from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in capable hands. Rob, an absolute legend, jumped right into action, explained the entire process in clear detail, expertly checked my identification documents, and clearly knows the equipment inside and out. The guy is a saint with the patience of a Buddhist monk (even though I was a difficult customer who couldn't quite get the scanner sensitivity right at first). He never got frustrated, stayed calm and professional, and walked me through it step by step until we had a complete set of perfect digital prints. He stuck with me the whole time ... no rushing, no attitude. If you need fingerprinting (or anything else), don't go anywhere else. Head straight to this UPS Store on Pelham Rd, ask for Rob, and prepare for some truly top notch customer service. He'll treat you like family, solve your problems, and leave you smiling.
