At this time there are 15 people in line, 3 employees at the front and only 1 doing customers. The rest are doing stuff that should be done when there arent 15 people in line.
- BTbrian toopDec 9, 20251.0This store has the longest lines. The staff is nice, but super slow and dont know how to manage lines. Take drop offs, and move the rest of them to wait. If you aren't tied to UPS, use the post office by Rubens. No lines, and do USPS and Fedex.

- JCJoseph CampbelNov 1, 20252.0Typically, I haven’t had an issue with UPS and anytime I have it has been handled fairly well until this time I dropped off a package Wednesday at the Simpsonville location & It’s currently Saturday and the package has yet to be processed. I’ve tried calling at least 10 times throughout today And nobody’s answered. This is my closest location and unfortunately, I will probably be making the trip farther into Greenville from now on.
