There was no way I could have gotten it done! AND..I had canceled the appointment I made online but Dee called me to make sure that I was OK and I was not! She talked about how easy it would be to get it done and I came a running! Dee and Kody managed the customers who were pretty regular and always with a "Welcome to UPS" each time a new person walked in the door. Friendly and knowledgeable with a can do attitude will have me back here instead of the post office..usps ground advantage saved me a ton and has signed tracking. I highly recommend this location for all your mailing scenarios...
