- DADuncan Aksnes1 day ago1.0What’s sad is I deleted my comment I felt so bad for them. After waiting an hour for the tech guy to come we bought my 84 year old Grandma the printer. Not even bringing up how horrific they were when we bought it, but we came back tried to set it up and it was not working. We called them and they said you needed an extended freaking warranty, which they didn’t tell us 30 minutes ago when we bought it. Just nefarious work, and to the employees reading this look up the definition because we all know you have no earthly clue what that means. But yea do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place please. :)
