  Will not return. Cannot recommend. Undertrained staff. Management, get on this! The young lady who initially helped and over all staff interactions were kind and not inherently rude. Completely butcherd a simple hole punch job. Torn out holes, incomplete punches, and well overhalf were not even aligned to the given template. Attention to detail, handling care and overall training skills were severely lacking. My 7yr old could have hand punched them better. I had to spend my time correcting the majority of the punched pages with their self serve punch while waiting for them to try to fix things. Many pages of handwritten information are now insufficient to be kept secure as legal records without using an envelope vs binder. They at least comped the cost and provided copies of some of the torn out pages but, here again, lack of attention to detail, they only punched 4 holes out of the required 7 and printed them on significantly lower weight paper than the originals. Unfortunately, I can't even use the new pages with only 4 oddly placed holes so I left to punch at home. I had to ask for them to retrieve the original pages to return to me as they have personal informationon them and we're not offered back to me. No apologies were given from the staff.

  Went in with a return, but needed to buy a box for it. I was told it would be $25 for a single box. I went out to the car, googled for a minute to see that they do, in fact, sell a box for $5 that would fit the return lol! Walked back in to buy the $5 box. Careful for scammy prices!

  We have had several items printed at this location, for the past few months. The staff are very friendly and always get our order done in record time. They call us before and after the order is ready. Highly recommend this location for printing. They make it so easy!

  Alvonte was one of the friendliest, most helpful clerks I've ever encountered anywhere. He was super at explaining everything about my overnight shipping process.

  Been in here many times and everybody always knows exactly what they're doing and does exactly as I request. This time a new associate J. who didn't seem like she really wanted to be there and much less had any care in the world about customer service decided herself when my package was going to arrive and with a signature required. I calmly told her no I decide what I'm going to do and she said I'm new I didn't know. I didn't appreciate her snark. Kind of rubs you wrong at 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Teach this associate a little bit about customer service.
