    I visited the Fedx location near Cherrydale yesterday. I had the best experience. Kristopher was friendly and very experienced with shipping overnight packages. I enjoyed doing business locally with such caring and efficient service.

    Called and was told my mom could pick up a package for me since I do not live close to this location. Called back and the man told me she could not pick it up at all and it would have to match name on the package, which is a nickname of mines, so I could not even pick up my own package!

    I went in to do a facts and did not know how to work their machine and although a customer showed me how to use it I still had to ask questions and they were very kind and helpful. 5 stars easy!!

    IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING WHICH COSTED A LOT. THE PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY MORNING. THIS FEDEX OFFICE LOST MY PACKAGE IN THE STORE AND BY THE END OF THE WEEK WHEN FOUND THE PACKAGE WAS SENT OUT AT A LATER TIME AND DATE! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND WHICH STILL HASN'T HAPPENED AND IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
