    They don't witness signatures. Not notary. Not great services. Stick with UPS store.

    I visited the Fedx location near Cherrydale yesterday. I had the best experience. Kristopher was friendly and very experienced with shipping overnight packages. I enjoyed doing business locally with such caring and efficient service.

    Called and was told my mom could pick up a package for me since I do not live close to this location. Called back and the man told me she could not pick it up at all and it would have to match name on the package, which is a nickname of mines, so I could not even pick up my own package!

    15 min wait for a 30 second drop off transaction and 3 staff members. This never happens with UPS.

    So I don't have a lot of FedEx experience but I will always go to this location as long as the store manager is Jackie Marshall. Seriously, Jackie was the BEST! She advised me well when sending an expensive item and lo and behold, the package was attempted to be delivered for two days (because it had to have a signature) and then was taken to the closest fed ex store...where someone picked it up but NOT THE PERSON it was addressed to. At any rate, after speaking to a couple 1.800.fedex people, I just decided to go back to the store. Jackie basically filed my loss claim for me, scanned all the info for me and sent it all in! Super awesome of her; she definitely went above and beyond in helping me!
