Absolute worst customer service and the worst attitude from Robert Tuck. He does not need a job that requires any level of courtesy. Twice now, I have dealt with Robert and both times he has not been able to find one of 2 packages waiting there for me, assuming that both packages are in my name (which they aren't...one is in the business name). He states that he is isn't able to tell me anything other than what I can see myself on the FedEX website despite having confirmations from the vendors that the packages were delivered. This morning, I offered to provide a tracking number for a second package that was there that he couldn't find under my name. The package was not in my name, but I tried to provide the tracking number so he could find it. He just interrupted me, very annoyed, and told me he couldn't tell me anything other than that there wasn't another package there in my name despite trying to give him the number. Both times, I've left the store without my second package only to have to return because the package was, indeed, there. This morning, I had to leave the store and search emails to find the tracking number, then go to the FedEX website to confirm the package was actually there, turn around and go back to the store. He could've saved me quite a bit of time by inputting the second tracking number, but his job appears to be entirely too inconvenient for him as he expects the customers to do their own research to find a package in his store. As as a result, I will seek out other shipping options or delivery locations. One bad customer service incident is a bad day. Two, from the same person is a cultural issue an an indication that he is not the right person for a job that requires customer service or even being remotely accommodating.

I called and pre-arranged for some laptops to be dropped off at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located at 3915 Pelham Rd Suite D, Greenville, SC 29615 . I gave them my name and number so we could arrange the payment and shipping details after they were packed. When the person came to drop off the packages the manager tried to send him away stating they had no idea why he was dropping them off. I was received a phone call while he was still there telling me they were not going to accept the laptops. So I called the FedEx ship center and the manager answered the phone. While this poor guy was still waiting. I had to explain everything to the manager that was already prearranged the day before. Then he tells me I need more information before we accept the laptops. (Information they should have gathered on the first phone call). It took about 10 minutes to get all the information together. Plus the time it took to explain what was prearranged. Then while this guy is still waiting to drop off the laptops he starts arguing with me about how they will be packed. Every time I started to talk he cut me off stating "Were going to pack it this way" and then stated "If you want it packed your way maybe you should take it somewhere else". I have literally had hundreds of these laptops shipped around the country but he of course knew better than me. The manager told him he would not accept the laptops after he made a special trip to drop them off and made them wait there for a half an hour (Which was prearranged with FedEx the day prior) and sent him away. Now I am going to have to arrange for these to be dropped of at a different location 30 miles away and I will have to pay $100 to have the laptops brought there. I have shipped through many FedEx office and print centers around the country and I have never had this rude of service and such a know it all manager that seemed to want us to ship from somewhere else right from the beginning.

Awful awful awful customer service, they do not respond to emails sent in a timely manner and sometimes do not respond at all. I am so disappointed, we have always used fedex in the past with no problems. We will not be returning, we have given them numerous times to prove us wrong (due to convenient location) but will not be returning.
