- IWivy wilsonDec 14, 20251.0Literally just moved from Greenville to the Gray Court area into a brand new neighborhood and have had 2 times now where they haven’t delivered my packages and say cannot access driveway. Which makes no sense because I have no dogs, there isn’t construction vans or anything on my part of the street, I have one car and plenty of room around my home and in my driveway for them to have delivered my things! I also, have 3 cameras and there certainly was never an attempt either time! They don’t even try to come to my home but instead don’t deliver my things and continue to put in an excuse as to why it wasn’t delivered. I have never ever had this issue in the past with any of my mail or deliveries until now! Oh and god forbid you call them during their normal business hours.. I get the same recording and then it hangs up every single time!

They either then deliver it late or make you come in and pick it up. I had this happen this week while a UPS package arrived 1 hour later proving their statement false, not to mention I was home and aware the drive was accessible. When I brought up this issue at the local post office their response was: "we have been trying to fire her, but cannot. I suggest you post on social media or send a letter to the governor." I cannot believe they are unable to deal with personnel issues like this one.
