  Very quick and helpful. When I was having trouble with Amazon not sending me enough labels for my return, Shaunelle helped me through the process. Definitely recommend.

  Shaunelle and Ciana and the rest of the staff here are always so amazing and kind! Excellent customer service and services in general that are offered, Im able to pick up my packages and send anything out and i’m in and out in less than a minute! I get my amazon packages the next day that I order them, super convenient!

  I went in to mail a package 2-day delivery. They wanted $75 to ship it UPS. Ridiculous! I went over to FedEx and they shipped it 2-day for me for $18. Watch out for this place! Very expensive! I feel like they are preying on our poor Navy Students at this location as some have no other option as they don’t have transportation. Very unhappy with my experience here.

  Ms.Shaunelle is amazing every time I come in the store she is attentive and eager to help to the point where i actually enjoy coming there just to see her . Ms.Tammy is usually there when I go also and she is equally amazing .They get you in and out very fast and answer any questions you may have about the process .
