Even though I had to go to another store, I really appreciated her helping me find a solution to get them done today.

Magi and the crew she has assembled are always so pleasant and nice. They are extremely helpful. You know how sometimes you go into a store and you can just tell the employees don't want to be there? Never happens here. They are great. Best customer service you will find. Keep it up Magi!!

I was extremely frustrated with the information they provided. They were totally AWESOME in helping me by guiding me through the process to change the return location to their location and saving me more than an hour’s drive to return the product!!! 😃🙏

I was told that they clear out the store everyday and that my package isn’t there and that there’s nothing they can do about it. The clerk mentioned it likely wasn’t scanned but it should be delivered. That doesn’t make sense seeing as the tracking has NO updates after an entire week.

And yes, an actual wagon full of packages, I was putting the beach cart to use. Not only was Magi, the manager, quick and efficient she was so kind. Even going the extra step to add cute drawings when I mentioned one was going to my friend and my mother in law. Even as they were busy she took the time to make the experience of mailing packages apart of my holiday season. It doesn’t get better than that! Great customer service 👏👏
