My problem/issues are with the carriers. I don't want the good one to suffer for the rest. I do have a very good carrier and the problems probably happen on her day off. The problem is with both packages and recently my mail. My packages have been sent to the wrong address and my neighbor has brought a couple of them on the porch and I have gone to pick one up. Dyslexia can be a possible issue here. They also stuff the packages in the mailbox and now the envelope mail is smashed up and ripped in there. Wednesday of last week, New Years Eve, I got two notices from Social Security. Because it was two of the same, I realized I had someone else's. I drove to the address and put the mail in the box. I opened mine and found my full Social Security number and total government money paid for the year from them to me!!!! In this dark and evil world, that would be a gift, just dropped in someone else's lap. The damage that could have been done and the probability that mine may not be the only one!!! Let me repeat this. Full Social Security number and payment of someone else's personal information put in the wrong mailbox!!! My heart dropped when I saw what was on my paper and knowing how that could turn a person's life upside down!!! They have work to do at this post office on both a collective level and personal. We all see it everywhere with this young generation, yet not all of them. Have pride being a Government Postal Worker with a great job and great benefits. Value that, and don't take it for granted either. Reading the other feedback, don't get the job either for the ability to steal someone else's packages. Management has to address these issues immediately. Fire if you have to and hire workers with a high level of integrity. I will be writing/informing Washington, DC about their issue of the whole SS# on the paper and while I'm at it, fully explain exactly why it is an issue for all Americans receiving their hard earned benefits to have this sensitive information going to the wrong mailboxes. Constructive feedback is necessary, and it's time for big brother to know. From the top to the bottom, all have to do better.

I recently purchased a home and wanted to ensure my mail would be delivered. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure I began to receive my mail. What a relief. Thank you again!

Adria M. Geiger is the best. She helped track down my package after the Columbia processing center accidentally sent it to New York and was delayed by a week. She kept me updated on my package and gave excellent customer service. Adria contacted the Columbia center and delivered my package the day she received it from them. I greatly appreciate all the help ♥️

This post office has gone downhill since Amelia & Kim retired/left, I truly missed them. First off, I'm a retired usps employee so I hate to leave bad reviews because I had a good career but I'm honest so I'm leaving one. A package was marked as delivered in my mailbox on 9/4/2025, yet no package was in my mailbox, so I called at 920am 9/5/2025 an spoke a young lady to express my concern, so she said give me a minute to pull it up on my computer then we got disconnected so I called back only to be connected to a voicemail. I took a 4 mile ride to the post office the same day only to be told my package had a duplicate label so they sent it to some other address or back to the sender. Someone is definitely committing fraud because the scan/tracking shouldn't state it was delivered in my mailbox because it wasn't. I will not stop until my issue is resolved and I receive my package or refund. These new employees definitely need more training asap because the entire postal service is becoming a failure. I always fought against privatization because I was an employee, my daughter and other family members still are but unfortunately it may come to that if they don't step up their game. Im hoping this review will help improve the postal service and make them aware of their failures. Again, I will continue to pursue my missing package issue until its resolved because I personally feel that mail theft is why I haven't received my package. Why mark as delivered when it wasn't, thats a blatant lie. Here we go again with these new postal employees sending my mail to Neeses post office when I live 4 miles down the road from the Gaston post office. I understand mistakes happen but Neeses zip code is 29107 mines is 29053. My package should've been her October 27, 2025. Retraining your employees is a MUST and forcing my packages in my mailbox is too. My boots were bent from being forced in my mailbox when he/she could've put in the chair on my porch. Im going to need my previous carrier back, she was prompt, accurate and efficient. I definitely fault management because they force them to work faster and rush which causes these avoidable errors.

I absolutely hate this post office I've never known an office that hold you packages. Instead of bringing them to my home whatever package I have that CAN NOT fit in the mailbox they ride around with your items and take it back to the office which is just plain on senseless and lazy just doesn't make any sense at all if I could give a -0 I would
