James was the only one this morning up front there to assist a line of 10 customers and did it with a smile, great attitude, and was a pleasure to work with. I see him every time I go to this location and this is the bare minimum for him. He is always cheery and I hope he is being recognized and compensated for his dedication to this location. Thank you James and everyone at the USPS!
