Renji, store manager/owner, eagerly rushed to the door at 3:31p EST, 1 minute passed closing time to offer me an opportunity to come into the store and process my Amazon returns while he and his staff member completed end-of-day tasks. I immediately responded that it was ok and I could return another day; however, Renji was insistent with great positivity and genuineness. I had about 10 returns to process. There was not a single moment where I was rushed or felt rushed. In fact, Renji went out of his way to assure me that I could take my time and not try to hurry through the process. While processing my returns, I interacted with Tanisha to replace the labels. She was very kind and eager to help. I had observed Renji and Tanisha's interactions and conversation. It was clear that Tanisha not only has a great respect for Renji, her manager, but is very happy to be working alongside him as well. Thank you, Renji, for treating me like a friend today. Not only was it unexpected but it made my heart smile! Keep being you!! 🌻🎉👍
