  Charles (the owner/franchiser) is stellar. Personable, friendly and you can tell he's just an all around good guy. I'm in here all the time and one of the best UPS Store locations I've been to (and I've been to at least a dozen or so different ones over the years). I especially appreciate that they will go the extra mile for their clients, even when it doesn't benefit them, such as, accepting very small "flats" / envelopes from USPS...which not all UPS Stores do!! Thanks guys!

  Stopped into this new UPS Store in Fort Mill for a quick Amazon return and the whole interaction took only a couple of minutes. The lady at the counter took my package, printed the receipt without any fuss, and thanked me for coming in. It was a small moment, but it was handled with real professionalism and a polite efficiency that stood out. For a simple errand, it couldn't have gone more smoothly.

  The UPS Store at Arden Mill is seriously the quickest service you could ever ask for — in and out without the stress 😄. The team there is super generous, patient, and genuinely helpful… no rushed vibes, just people who actually care about getting your stuff handled right. Whether it’s shipping, printing, or random last-minute errands (we all have those lol), they make everything smooth and easy. Super organized, friendly energy, and they always greet you with a smile. Honestly one of those rare spots where customer service still feels real — definitely my go-to location now 👍📦.

  The associate Ta'vaeh was very friendly, organized, professional, and explained all of my shipping options throughly. One of my items that shipped was time sensitive and it needed to be received by the 31st and she helped me choose the best option in order to make that happen. The store itself was very clean and they took care of their customers in a timely manner. All of the associates were very friendly as well. I will definitely be using this UPS location with my shipping needs.
