  Deianna a was amazing! Her “welcome” to UPS was a pleasant way to start my day off. Her service was quick, my wait time minimal and her smile was warm and friendly — which isn’t usual anymore. For this reason alone, I’d recommend the UPS STORE 2117 W. PALMETTO, Florence, SC to everyone

  I have done business at both UPS stores; the one on Palmetto Street and the one on Irby Street., I have received great service.at both stores . All of the staff are kind, helpful and very informative. I was having a very stressful day one day and Trinity at the UPS store on Palmetto Street was very helpful and took the time to write out the steps I needed so that I could remember them the next time I came to the UPS store. I will definitely continue to use the UPS store for my business.
