My husband and I are senior citizens and we were returning an air conditioner to Amazon, it took both of us to put it in the car, when we got to the UPS store, we went inside to get a cart to bring the box inside from the car. The staff on duty was so nice, she and another person brought it in for us which was very much appreciated, since we had a struggle getting it in the car from home. Thanks to UPS and your staff.
