Just asked to wait another day. What’s the tracking number for? If it can’t locate the package. I’m just saying. Now I have to explain why she doesn’t have it. I needed to drop off some equipment, but the technician did not give me all the required information. In fact, I had nothing and got upset. However, Seirria is a quick thinker and opened the box to check the numbers on the equipment. It was in the system! I was so happy because my day was not going well and this would have been one more negative thing. Instead these ladies, especially Seirria made this experience a positive one. She saved me time and I had one less errand to run which meant I had less pain. I’m very happy to have gone to this location and met these young ladies. They truly made my day!

When I informed the women behind the counter that I needed a document notarized, she asked what the document was, I told her it was a quit claim deed. She then told me they do not notarized quit claim deeds, I was suprized, so I left and went to another notary. This other notary notarized my document, and I told her what had happened at the ups store, she was suprized and stated they are only ensuring the signature is done in thier presence and the document should have been notarized by them.
