I am 55 and disAbled however, my Career Coach provided support by first and foremost being my #1 cheerleader. Kim provided the resources necessary to build my confidence during the interview process. She gathered my information regarding my work experiences and education to create a resume and cover letter that not only highlighted my abilities, it boosted my confidence and self worth. She checks in periodically to make sure I am ok and provides comfort when I get discouraged by letting me know its OK to NOT be OK sometimes! Thank you Kim for your service and thank you ERS for hiring perfect people to act as a liaison and connect us with employment opportunities!

They have always been courteous, Efficient And they really know what they’re doing when it comes to helping you find a job. I graduate this month from the program as I have worked off of Social Security disability. I leave that money for someone else. ERS helped me find a job that fit my needs personality and abilities. These people are wonderful.
