They have always been courteous, Efficient And they really know what they’re doing when it comes to helping you find a job. I graduate this month from the program as I have worked off of Social Security disability. I leave that money for someone else. ERS helped me find a job that fit my needs personality and abilities. These people are wonderful.

I have gotten daily, multiple scam calls and texts since talking to someone from "ERS" (They operate under "ERS" as well as the full name "EmployReward Solutions, Inc.) If they call you, I highly advise NOT answering. My phone is a wasteland of spam and scams now, I believe due to this company.
