This woman thought it was a good idea to roll a 11" X 17" X 1" package into a standard size PO Box, and the book cost around $50, but was damaged by her cramming/stuffed it into the box. She also tried to cram three packages into the box one day, and thankfully the person who sent it packaged it well, but if it wasn't packaged the way it was it would have been damaged as well. I don't understand why someone would take their frustration out on some else's mail, but that seems to be what's going on. I know I'm not the only one who is tired of getting damaged items, and having issues will getting the slammed/ stuffed mail pried loose from the box.
