- DRDebbie RodgersNov 11, 20251.0Mail carrier refuses to get out of their vehicle to deliver my packages, because I have two dogs outside. My dogs are not aggressive and stay far away from strangers when they arrive, however they do bark. (As seen on my Cameras)...The post office agreed to leave my packages with my neighbor, and yet here we go again, I have to get off work for the 20th time to go to the post office and pick it up, bc they refuse to do their job. This has been addressed repeatedly with the post master, who could care less! Horrible customer service!!

The Edgefield post office, in its entirety, beginning with its postmaster, is incompetent, disorganized, and very unhelpful. The postmaster's answer to everything was "I don't know". How did she get this federal, well-paid position when she knows nothing about the functions of it? She has to be replaced with somebody who is qualified and knows how to serve the residents of Edgefield efficiently.

The lack of support from management and the demanding work environment seem to be major concerns for employees, while customers experience delays, inaccurate tracking, and difficulty with returns. The post master here cares nothing for her employees or doing her job properly. The post master here has no heart. I've never seen a post office get such bad reviews and many many complaints. I also have a family member that works there and it breaks my heart how she's treated. Please be kind post master. Give your wokers some days off, vacation. You know, be a kind human being but I guess in your foreign culture they don't teach kindness. I don't want to have to go up there if you hurt my family.
