However, today when we ordered business cards, the “manager” of the print department, Cassie, called and left a message “informing us” that we must pay for all orders BEFORE printing for now on because we “did not pick up an order before and it uses up their time and resources”. When an item isn’t printed correctly and is unusable, I don’t feel like I should be obligated to pick that item up. I really didn’t appreciate the passive aggressive message. When orders are not printed correctly or are not useable, that uses up OUR time and precious resources ! Therefore I decided that we will be using other options for printing for now on. I just don’t understand why I would give my hard earned money to a business that clearly doesn’t appreciate our business with them and doesn’t make us feel comfortable to shop there. Update: QuickPrint/CopyCenter in Easley does EXCELLENT business cards. They have so many options for material and even raised business cards. They are also helping me with binded books. The staff is so personable and easy to work with. Just go there for all your print needs!
