I live at Easley Mill Lofts! Several times, they say they can’t deliver a package because driveway was blocked! Noooo! Because that would mean you didn’t deliver mail to 130+ residents! I just watched the delivery driver slow down and then left! They didn’t even bother parking and coming into the building to the MAILROOM! If you don’t want to do your job, please move on and let someone else take over!

This is not the 1st time this has happened. Talked with Postmaster and said would correct, but still continues to happen. They left a Christmas present package on the street at my mail box in the pouring rain. The box is completely soaked and falling apart and the items inside are ruined. When sending items, I will only use UPS and if I need to pay bills, I will only do online. Hopefully the USPS will continue to lose money and go broke.

The slim dark hair northern woman is so extremely rude every time I come in there, but she laughs and is friendly to everyone else, I hate doing business with them, management could care less, everyone looks like their mad at the world except the man with the accent, he's always very professional

April 2024, I received a notification my package as delivered, never saw it as I was outside my home when I received the notification. Spoke with the carrier later that day who confirmed she didn't have a parcel for me. Said the delivery supervisor would call me. Three days later, no response I went to the post office to inquire. The Del-Sup (Jay-Cee) said it was delivered to the right address, just not mine. He failed to know I am a retired USPS employee of 32 yrs, and know the system well. Here we are in October and I'm still fighting my claim for failure on service. Needless to say this office fails in many ways. Your luck if they toss your package on the lawn. This is what there allowing to happen now.

My mail person constantly delivers to wrong address, throws items on porch where it's not covered and they are sometimes breakable, stuffs my mailbox so full with packages (yes it's checked daily) or leaves mailbox open in rain! Today we are missing yet ANOTHER package that was USPS scanned as delivered. Post office NEVER answers so you can try to ask questions or try to find out where your missing items have disappeared too. At this point it's just laziness. READ THE ADDRESS CORRECTLY.
