Wrongly denied my outgoing package because I printed the label yesterday. There is a grace period and labels are valid for 28 days but they would not accept my outgoing package. Retrain employees they’re clearly unknowledgeable.

When I ship items to sell, the company automatically creates a shipping label. This post office WILL NOT allow you to mail packages that have a different date on the shipping label. So if you print a shipping label and package your items the day prior to mailing it (like most normal people do), this post office will not accept it. I have to go to Inman, Lyman, or Welford if I want to ship anything. There is something wrong with this post office….No other place gives me problems. It’s always something here. Ridiculous.

Really? They made me pay for tape to seal the bag I wanted to use to send a package. It’s absurd, this is the first time I’ve had to pay for tape, they usually provide it to customers. On top of that, they are very rude. The man told my daughters not to play with the door just because they were standing by it! Hello, they’re children.

This post office refused to deliver a package because it had some kind of rural route address rather than a physical street address. Still trying to figure that one out. I called the post office to retrieve the package and they said that it would have to be sent back to the shipper even though I could have brought in my ID with my current address on it. They refused to allow me to retrieve the parcel, and instead sent it 2000 miles back to the original shipper. One of the most unacceptable situations I have ever run into. More government ineptness.
