- TFTiara FJan 31, 20231.0Post master is VERY RUDE AND LESS THAN HELPFUL. They've been sending my packages back to the company and when I called to address it, she was very nasty! To add to it, I was told I couldn't put my mailbox on the road closest to my house because I don't live on that road, however, the road I was made to use isn't my address either. It seems that the only rules being followed are the ones they make up. I'm definitely looking into filing a formal complaint!>>>>>> UPDATE: Here we are 8 months later, and I'm still dealing with stupidity. I've talked to multiple people at the dillon branch, I've called Columbia and even filed a complaint with the inspector General. When I told Sara that I'd spoken with Columbia, she laughed and said, "they're just going to send it right back to us!" They aren't even attempting to bring my packages. I get emails at 6 and 7 am, saying it's out for delivery and then a follow-up email that says they attempted delivery with no access. Lol, the rude behind the carrier doesn't even deliver my mail before 10am. I get the email regarding what should be in my mailbox. I go there and I have no mail at all!! Some weeks, I don't get mail for 2 days at a time. At this point, it's intentional because I've been kicking up such a stink. They find any reason they can to make getting my mail and packages difficult. I have 2 very small children that im having to bring to the post office and pray they don't take off running while i carry a package I paid to have shipped TO MY HOUSE. Now that they know there's a road that dead-ends in my backyard, they're saying they would be driving in a field to get to my house. ANOTHER LIE! It is clear where we drive to get to my door. The gentleman that works there is the only person who at least pretends to care. As a carrier, postmaster, and whatever Sara is, you have a job to do. A job you're paid to do. If the bare minimum, being lazy, rude, inconsiderate, and condescending is what you feel you should be doing to people when you're in public service, you should find a new job!
