My updates always say that they're here but they are not even in the mailbox or anywhere near or around my house Plus you cannot get anybody to answer the phone at the post office Florida to help you on the customer service line.

They used to be open on weekends, but now that's not even an option. I don't really see the point of having a local post office if you can never get your mail unless someone else with bizarre hours or a day off can do it for you.
