Conway post office front desk, hand delivered time sensitive letters to post person, male, on right side of counter, already stamped. I ask him if they will stay in House since all 16 where Conway local. He said yes, stamped each one and assured me they would be delivered next day since early on Tuesday and they were local. I asked him again if they would be delivered on Wednesday next day he said yes. Wednesday came not delivered, Thursday holiday, contacted post office lady said they should have been delivered he made mistake. Friday came not delivered, Saturday came still not delivered. Now where are my time sensitive letters? Monday filing another complaint and will go to the counter advise the person how bad his service was. None of this will fix his error. Terrible service

You can’t even get anyone on the phone. No matter how many times you say “agent” or “representative”, the automated system asks you to tell them what you need. NO. I want to talk to an ACTUAL person. Not a freaking BOT. What is so hard about that? We need to go back to the days where real people answered the phone and not have to jump through hoops just to talk to someone. You wanna know why people are so pissed by the time a real person actually answers the phone? Because they have to go through an automated system that doesn’t understand basic English. Do better.

Went here on Friday December 12th 2025 with my mom to mail a package for Christmas. We decided to go to this location because they closed at 5PM. My mom works from 8-4, so this location worked perfectly for us. We drove there, found fast parking, and went inside. First we looked for an big envelope that fit a Calander, and they had one that was suitable in size. They also had tons of options as far as different sizes of boxes and envelopes for packaging needs! We then filled out the package details, while we waited in line. While there was a line, it moved quickly, and there was 2 people working there at that time. It was finally our turn, and the person who took care of us was pleasant. He weighed the package, made sure the address was correct, and explained the shipping options. It was about $11.00 to ship our package using the standard delivery option. The clerk also said that it would arrive by Friday December 19. We paid via credit card and went on our merry way! was given a receipt with tracking info too. Overall pleasant experience, and would ship an item here again. Also, must have got right on a truck or something because the package was delivered on Monday December 15 to the right address! Glad about the quick shipping too!

This place is an absolute joke they treat you like garbage here the postman gives away your mail to random people when you come here with concerns they shake their head at you then they tell you to ring the doorbell for a postmaster which you're waiting for 15 minutes and we're going to get more than twice because of the fact that you're hearing them laughing and having a good time having hotcakes in the back graffitied and instead of changing out the piece of paper which cost probably five cents or less and less than that in ink as you can see how lazy I get are these people are especially the postmaster she's the rudest woman I've ever met in my life why do I pay tax dollars to be treated like this to walk into a place where there's graffiti everywhere and the whole time I've been here they said that they were looking for the wrong address which the guy did himself and the fact that you have attitude with me when it was your mistake this whole time and I wasted my gas and my tax dollars is wild
