I've spoken to her several times and asked questions and there literally isnt any dialogue. She will literally ignore me, scan my boxes and hand me a receipt without a word, which is weird. She acts like I'm bothering her. I never write bad reviews because I've worked customer service as a General manager for over 17 years. I know bad days happen and it's impossible to be on your A game all the time but a hello, have a good one or speaking back when someone is talking to you shouldn't be hard to do. Again I never leave negative reviews but after two times. I felt like I needed to. I hope this is received in good faith. Have a blessed day.
