  Tatianna was so helpful today! She remained calm and friendly even though I was frustrated and upset about my papers not printing .. turns out I had the wrong email and she was able to figure out why it never went through .. she could’ve matched my energy but instead she remained professional the entire time ..

  Came in to return a package and it was supposed to be USPS. Much greeted cheerfully and let me know they could ship it. He informed they wouldn’t be able to provide me with a receipt and I had left my phone in the car (can you imagine 😂). He promptly said he would be happy to write it down. Mind you this was 30m until close so I’m sure he was tired. Customer service is key and he went above and beyond!

  It was such a smooth transaction. The representative was extremely knowledgeable of what to do with no hesitation. She was customer friendly, very polite.
