  I saw a tall skinny guy has a lot of attitude and very rude I hate to go to this store but it’s the closest to my house very nasty hate going no patience and respect treats customers as servants his he don’t need to be there with nasty behavior

  I've used this office several times for Amazon returns. Never a line, always friendly & helpful customer service; always in and out less than 5 minutes.

  Returned merchandise to Amazon with free shipping, this store charged me $3.24 to print a single sheet for the label. I went to another UPS store. I will further report incident to Amazon. What a scam!

  Earl is the worst person to work in a customer service position. The last time I was at this store I arrived 30 minutes before closing. I had to pay a little over $5, handing Earl a $10 bill for the purchase. He refused to take cash because he had already counted his drawer. The store was incredibly busy by this point. The debit card I tried to use was a new Discover debit card from Capital One Bank. The card was not recognized by the card machine. I knew I had plenty in my account to pay the transaction but each time I tried to run it Earl loudly stated my card was declined. I was forced to stand to the side while I was waiting to speak to a bank rep. During this time a woman in line paid for the transaction. Earl loudly stated she paid for the declined transaction. I was humiliated in front of a store full of people even though I had cash in my pocket. I returned to the store yesterday to ship a package. Earl refused to use the box I brought in then told me a box would cost $10. I approved this. While he was repacking my items he asked for the brown paper that I had inside the box I carried in. I then paid for the purchase and left. Once inside my car I looked at the receipt then noticed Earl had charged me for basic packing materials that I provided!! I will NEVER return to this store as long as Earl is employed there. He lost my business.
