Never received call, driver wouldn’t wait for me to drop off my child ant daycare and now I have to reschedule. When you open the tracking link it stills show the truck over an hour away. Communication is HORRIBLE with this company. They don’t answer the phone or have there messenger app working. I replied to email and finally got someone over the phone saying they don’t know when it will be rescheduled. This is the same number I’m supposed to call according to the driver to reschedule. As a customer I’m not pleased with this service. A vague text message is all I had to go by with no time frame only 8am-12pm and just sit there and wait.
