I received notification that I could pick up my package at this location. When I walked in, I was greeted by a “cheery” bunch of individuals who informed me that I had to pick up my package by 3 even though the notification said I could pick it up by 5.

I had ordered a used Lego Ferris wheel for it considering the project was about forced and motion. It was later sent to this very facility, and was supposed to be on route to the next facility on Friday (Jan 9th, 2026), but was kept overnight. I wasn't too mad or anything, thinking they would just send it the next day (Jan 10th, 2026). Well they did. But at around 7:50pm. This was WAY TOO LATE, and it wasn't even at its final destination. This caused the package to come AFTER the due date for my project, and I will now have a low grade because of this facility. From other reviews, people say the workers are lazy. I completely agree. I would not recommend this USPS. Oh, and by the way, I LIVE in Myrtle Beach, SC. Which means I'm only a two hour drive away.
