- BKBrandi KaiserJan 11, 20231.0I received my mail and my envelope was ripped open on the side and the bottom and my bracelet was missing that someone sent me. Whoever is stealing out of people's envelopes needs to stop. This is absolutely ridiculous and if it happens again I'll make sure I report it to as high up as I can go. Can't even trust the regular mail service because people love to steal

Always helpful and nice, I have yet to see her with an attitude that you sometimes see with replacements. Some of those people they let man the front desk needs to stay in the sorting area.
