- NGNat GDec 12, 20251.0Google says they are open at 9:00, a printed out sign on the door says they are open at 8:30, lettering stuck on the door says they open at 10:00. 10:00 is the winner apparently, horrible communication.
- LMLucy McCannSep 24, 20251.0NEW EDIT: ZERO STARS AGAIN. I am missing another package and got someone else’s mail. USPS put a package in my mailbox that belonged to my neighbor so I brought it to her door. I noticed that the last number of the apartment was cut off on the label, so they just put mail in random boxes. My missing package could be in 1 of 10 other boxes due to this error and they did not even bother to ask the apartment office or leave the packages there. Only one star because zero is not an option. This post office has left my packages out on top of the package locker on multiple occasions for any one to take instead of leaving it in the locker or mailbox. Today they “delivered” my package to the wrong mailbox and I have no way of getting it back. I have called this office multiple times and have not been able to speak to anyone to report this issue, and there is no option to report problems online. I can’t blame the office workers for this but the delivery drivers have been careless with my packages and mail on multiple occasions and unfortunately I do not get to choose what office or driver is routed to my home. I want to support the post office so bad because it is a necessary and appreciated service, however I would be better off using a carrier pigeon than trusting the delivery drivers from this post office with any of my mail.
