If USPS cannot properly deliver Amazon packages, they should stop accepting them altogether. Every Amazon package I’ve had shipped through USPS has ended up being held at the post office instead of delivered to my home. This defeats the entire purpose of online ordering and creates unnecessary inconvenience. If I wanted to pick up my packages, I wouldn’t order them for delivery. USPS needs to address this issue and ensure their employees follow through on the service customers are paying for.

Polite and professional employees
The outside of buildings appearance was disappointing as the handicap parking was flooded and the building needs to be cleaned/bleach spray washed

Zero customer service. The look I got when I approached the employee said go away and never return. As friendly as a polar bear.

They definitely don’t answer the phone. I’ve been calling them for two hours… only once they actually picked, but didn’t say anything, and then put me on hold for over 10 minutes.
