They also lost three weeks worth of my mail and then told me they found it just for it to be two pieces of junk mail that didn't even have my name on it and closed the case like they actually solved it. Every Amazon package I’ve had shipped through USPS has ended up being held at the post office instead of delivered to my home. This defeats the entire purpose of online ordering and creates unnecessary inconvenience. If I wanted to pick up my packages, I wouldn’t order them for delivery. USPS needs to address this issue and ensure their employees follow through on the service customers are paying for.
