- JSJade SimmonsFeb 11, 20261.0I am in the process of moving from this area specifically so I never have to deal with this post office again. I’ve never felt was such incompetent and rude people. I can even count on my had how many packages/mail this place has lost. Currently trying to figure out where my package is now and of course nobody knows what happened to it. Delivered to my P.o. box with the street addressing yet still haven’t received it. When I asked the clerk up front he just shrugs his shoulder and tells me that mail won’t be sorted for a while. When I try to get some clarity on how long a while is he just looks at me with a dumb look on his face. Completely useless. So now the original company is not wanting to refund me for the lost package and this isn’t the fist, second or third time this has happened. This place is useless. I’ll be so glad when I move and can finally deal with a competent office. I know the post office get busy and there are a lot of moving parts but this particular office is just horribly run from top to bottom.

I can’t give you that much and it honestly didn’t require much, he also proceeded to walk off without saying anything at all. Definitely don’t have great customer service, didn’t even provide a greeting of any kind.
