She refused the document and then yelled at me as I was leaving... I told her not to yell at me and she replied " I just talk loud". really? How come you didn't start out talking to me that way? I went back today, same lady who thinks she's the document police again was rude to me. She again was rude and dismissive. Probably NOT the best person to be waiting on people. I won't go back.
