Staff provided no explanation for this mishap. Told me they were holding the mail to the side but had 1 piece in the box with it wide open and the lock sitting inside. For careless with no worries or resolution for the issue. Returned two weeks later after bringing it to their attention & seeing them attempt & state it would be fixed. 1 week later, same situation again with lock wide open, long line with 1 of 3 Staff attending Customers. We have had another box location elsewhere for over 3 years, and none of these issues exist at that location. On top of the fact they charge for notary as a box owner, which other UPS locations do not charge, per box owner. Terrible location to do business!!! Relocating ASAP & all mail is Missing for 2nd month since transferring.

For past two weeks, box lock has been broken & box empty. Complained/ requested repair or something to prevent theft & assurance my mail isn’t being stolen. Reps stated they would repair, & was aware the box lock was sitting in the box with my box wide open. Return yesterday, same issue with box, lock not installed/ door wide open. AVOID purchasing a box at the location. Terrible Customer Service 😓
