They quoted me $220-250. Then they sent me a second quote for $674-704. I asked them to clarify which price was correct because it if was the original quote of $220-250, I wanted to proceed, but if not then I had another company who would do it for a better price. They said the second quote was an error and the $220-250 was correct. I asked them to proceed and sent over the form. After many weeks, they still hadn't picked up the painting. I then contacted a different shipper and was going to have them get it instead, when I called the auction house and they said it had finally been picked up. I tried following up with UPS.. they said they had it but weren't sure when they would send it (?!). A few more weeks go by and then the manager, Landon, said they are ready to send it but it's now going to be around $650! I said no and I would have someone else pick it up and then they said to release it to someone else I would have to pay them. They said they could bring it back to the auctioneer on their next pick up, so I agreed. It's been over a week and no word. I bought this painting in June and it's now September!! If you're looking to ship artwork or really anything and want to deal with an honest and reliable company- STAY AWAY from this UPS store.

Her patience and assistance during a longer transaction was so greatly appreciated. I felt overwhelmed, however, she found speedy solutions and reassured me not to stress. Her passion for serving others is truly a gift!
