  I recently placed an order for 12x20 posters that were nowhere close to this dimensions when I arrived to pick them up. I called the store and couple days later and returned to the store for a resolution. They were supposed to cut the signs as a possible solution. However, when I went back after not receiving a call to pickup as promised. The dimensions were still not correct. I called the store again to be told that someone would call me back which never happened. I proceeded to take more time out of my busy schedule to return the posters. The 2 associates told me that the manager would be there at 1 pm and that he/she would call me. Once again this never happened. When I called back, I was greeted by a young man who was supposed to be the manager. He continued to call me “My Man” as he tried to convince me that they had cut the posters to size. After, I corrected his word usage; he advised me that the owner would have to make the decision to re-print my posters. This is very poor customer service and workmanship. I’m willing to bet that I’ll have to reach back out to them for an update 😡😡😡😡😡

  I needed to get some copies for work so I walked in and walked up to the copier and a guy in the back yells “it’s not self service”. So I say ok and walk up to the front counter where one guy is helping a customer already. The guy who told me it’s not self service is back there scratching his back and staring at me smiling. He did this for a solid 2 minutes and never offered to make the copies for me or help the one guy out of 4 that was actually working. Take your business to FedEx office or another of the UPS stores.. just not this one. I don’t write reviews but this BS was egregious enough that I’m doing it from the parking lot.
