I gave instructions on which door to use, with my daughter letting him in. He removed the washer and dryer, loaded them, and minutes later he was at my bedroom asking what was wrong with the appliances. Something he could have called for. He had no business walking through my home. My home is over 4,000 sq. ft., so he walked through my entire house without permission just to ask this question. I do not appreciate this at all. RXO ignored follow-ups for over two weeks, despite being CC’d on emails. Unprofessional service, dishonest communication, and a clear pattern of similar complaints online. Avoid Lowe’s or any retailer using RXO for deliveries.
