If I can give this company a 0 star I most certainly would!! I signed up with the understanding that my dispenser and month(s) supply of water would be delivered and received on Oct 10th and I was absolutely cool with that. Well the 10th turned into the 12th, the 12th to the 13th, the 13th was pushed to today Oct 15th. Listen family, the pushing out of my/your delivery happens specifically by the Primo company. And would you believe as I checked to verify my delivery time Primo pushed me out again informing me that it wouldn’t be delivered until tomorrow Thursday Oct 16th. So I contacted Primo directly and walked into Sam’s Club (Sandhills) and unfortunately the “VIP contact that only Sam’s Club members receive…” (per the Primo salesperson) not only didn’t help, but they informed me that my delivery wouldn’t be received until allegedly Oct 17th. No thank you and cancel my order immediately. If this is the circumstances now… than this is definitely a bad omen and I’d rather find another delivery company. Does anyone know of a good water delivery company??? Primo, stop playing and change your name ASAP!!
