    New location sucks. Small parking lot. A lot of employees yet it took 25 minutes to get 4 pages printed. Their computers were down so I couldn't reload my self-serve copier card. They ended up printing for me (which took forever), but still charged me extra for full service. I had to ask to get refunded.

    I had a good experience at this location. A pleasant woman helped me over the phone setup an online print order. Once at the location I was greeted by Carrie who was so kind and professional to work with. She helped me with my prints. It was easy and quick. Will recommend this location.

    Had to return an item that was damaged when FedEx delivered it. The seller gave me a pre-paid shipping label to use. FedEx office still charged me almost $30 for "the box" is what they told me (the original box had a hole in it upon delivery). FedEx customer support said that was incorrect, I was actually charged for the shipping and should expect a refund. I feel I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. TLDR- they charged me $30 for a cardboard box. Customer support seemed confused by that as well
