- LWLauri WilliamsJan 28, 20261.0Everyone else who works here may be as kind as can be. Brittany, however, was very rude. I came in and wasn’t spoken to at all. Had to ask if I could get help and she laughed at me for how I packaged my item. Unfortunately I’m not a professional at mailing things…if that’s even a thing?! I’ve never had a bad experience at any other fed ex. She was just very rude and may need to be taught a few things about customer service.

- PDPalmetto DawgDec 15, 20251.012/15/2025 FedEx Harbison Retail Store billed me in error and refused to correct the overcharge. The manager, Sean, was rude and unprofessional, and cutoff FedEx Customer Service on the phone with me. He interrupted the call and the charge is still on my card. Will not use this FedEx location again. UPDATE 12/16/2025 FedEx Customer Service does not allow for disputed charges through AI automated prompts. Retail store on Harbsion charged in error but store management is irrelevant and oblivious they have no control and make no decisions even though they billed the charge locally. A case study in incompetence.

Their computers were down so I couldn't reload my self-serve copier card. They ended up printing for me (which took forever), but still charged me extra for full service. I had to ask to get refunded.
