- CHChris HSep 17, 20161.0Casey is a racist! I was trying to return a box and I was told to go to Uhaul for a new long box. When I returned Casey told me they don't accept Uhaul boxes (his coworker was the one who told me to get it from there) Then Casey said it was ok for this time but for future reference not to used one from Uhaul. Next he made a big issues Bc of the shape of the box he said it needed to be perfectly straight and no tape in the middle. Finally when apparently it was ready to be shipped he made a new problem not to ship it Saying that the box was too flexible???? A 3ft box which it was not flexible but he tried to make it seem that boxes where going to go on top of it after he had made a big deal that the box was going to be standing up. During this time an older guy stopped by with a similar box that he was reusing to return the item and Casey took it with no questions asked. The box was longer then mine and flexible as well. Casey then gave me a card with no name so I can call back if I had any questions. Casey I went to the FedEx in Columbia and shipped it with no problems.
