The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to assist me. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciate how professional and courteous everyone was — definitely a 5-star experience!

It.is very confusing, I asked if you can come show me.how it works and they would not. I highly recommend not coming here. If you dont like your job here and don't want to do you job here them quit

- MSMarko ShawJul 25, 20251.0I called ahead to see if they could do a foreign passport picture- was told they could. Canadian passport pictures have pretty strict requirements so was glad when they said yes. Drove 45 minutes to get the picture taken- the young lady employee helping me was VERY nice and tried to help but didn't know about these pictures (certainly don't fault her- they are different requirements than US (size, facial expression, etc) and she probably hadn't done one before). When I showed her the requirements on my phone she asked nicely if she could show the manager the requirements to which I gladly handed her my phone. She walked over to the manager and showed her the phone and the manager immediately said "don't take people's phones" and that they basically wouldn't do what the requirements listed on the phone were (some writing involved to denote where/when/by whom the pictures were taken). I said they probably shouldn't advertise that they do them if they actually don't do the requirements to which she got short and angry. Maybe she was having a bad day- but she was a real B- word. She basically said "go to the post office- they'll do it there". Amazed this lady is in a managerial position. Just in case there is more than one female manager- this one was a relatively short, portly white lady with short hair. Only specifying this because I don't want this review to be blamed on someone else that may be a great manager.
