Its amazing that this is their business model to refuse transfer to a service representative at the store. Its time to use UPS or USPS going forward. Pathetic. Also, what's the idea of closing store and not having this posted.

And the young lady at the register was awesome too I appreciate good customer service especially when the people don't have an attitude because you ask a couple of questions. I wish more people were like this. This is the only FedEx I will continue to go to. Please hire more people like the young lady and the gentleman at the Walmart FedEx on Two Notch Road in Columbia South Carolina

She placed the order for my 6 stores, expedited production and delivery, had the orders ship direct individually, called me for payment as she said she would. Then, she unexpectedly followed up with a call to each store to ensure delivery and emailed me that she had done so. OUTSTANDING customer service. I will be back! Thank you Kenosha.
