- SJSonya Johnson5 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mom is an office manager for a tax service. So, my husband and I ordered my mom's business cards years back. My mom says to me, "I need more business cards", so we ordered more. Well, we were told they would be ready 7:30 pm that same night that we ordered them. We called Staples to see if they were ready. Well I am glad we called before we went up there because mom's cards were NOT ready. So we ask what time they closed and we were told 7 pm. Riddle me this, how can we go get our order that would be ready at 7:30 pm when they close at 7? So, my husband and I had to go to work the next, so I ask my dad to please go get mom's cards and dad tells me when he got there it would be an hour before mom's business cards were ready!!!! So I tell my husband, "WE WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM STAPLES, EVER AGAIN!!!!" I promise you that!!!!! I NEVER break my promises!!!!

- RPRick ParksJan 29, 20261.0Print services are horrible. Sent in a PDF of a corporate training notebook, and thankfully checked it before leaving the store. Every notebook wax printed backwards. Clearly, there is no QA process in place as these never should have been available for pickup. Not the first time they’ve messed up simple printing orders. UPDATE 2/8/2026 — showed up today to pick up another order. No cover, no binding. Employee told my wife it was a “simple print” order, my wife showed her the full order, which clearly called for a cover and spiral binding. No apologies. The employee had a flippant, “who cares” attitude. Store manager needs to step up and fix the issues with this printing department. Meanwhile, we’ll go somewhere that actually cares about quality and customer experiences.
