When he finally paid attention to me I sent in my print work and he ignored me again. I waited 15 minutes in radio silence, only when I ask when the printing could be done did he respond eh a few days, maybe tomorrow. I asked why wouldn’t you just say that. I understand you’re busy and multitasking can be hard, but a small amount of communication goes along way. Maybe you can train him better he needs it.

One of her shredder machines died and we ordered one for pickup in store. The customer service we received from the 2 gentlemen in the store was fantastic. We got a smaller size, not realizing how slow and how much smaller the new machine was. Called the store and we were told to bring it back. They had a larger machine in stock, but matched the online sale price. These 2 men made sure neither of us had to carry anything. Great experience and phenomenal customer service.
