I’m disable I can’t walk out there. Tell her I really appreciate it. Maybe one day she’ll become disabled AND she will know what it’s like. Tell her thanks so much. 👍🏼👍🏼. - PHPhillip HawkinsFeb 3, 20261.0I understand the weather has put a damper on mail being delivered , but I went in today to try and get my mail directly from the post office only to be told it has been out for delivery everyday and it should be delivered if they can get to mail mailbox. I live in a neighborhood that has been clear for 2 days off a major highway. So that's just an excuse to have poor delivery service.

- TMTam Lark MattoxDec 4, 20251.0I personally witnessed an employee treating a senior citizen disrespectful. I intervened and helped him get his mail out of his PO Box. He could not remember his box number due to being so elderly. He was told to come back another day. I followed him out the door and asked him what his name was. He has to find a ride to the PO so coming back in holiday traffic and walking with a cane is extremely difficult. I went back in and told them his name was Frank Burris and one of them needed to assist him. That resulted in employees being rude to me. The woman working was motioning her hands for me to be quiet. I told her I didn’t need to be quiet. She then proceeded to bad mouth me to another customer. Mr. Burris got his mail and I assisted him to the car. Being disrespectful towards elderly handicapped citizens is NOT okay. And, I will not be quiet if I witness it again.

They mark the packages as being delivered and its not, they also mark the package as being delivered to the mail box and ita actually delivered to the AMAZON LOCKER BOX where I am unable to retrieve the package since you need a code! I have reported this incident twice to the Clover post office via phone and nothing has been done. I will be coming it to make a complaint! Why are drivers using the usps lockers why the Amazon lockers, you are not Amazon you are usps this isn't your lockers! You are creating frustration, persons needs packages for work and they end up being locked in an Amazon locker for days! Drivers need to be held accountable for this.
